METHOD OF RESERVATIONS

Reservations for the Event will be made by individual attendees directly with Hotel reservations at 1-800-468 or 334-481-5000 . Attendees should reference the group “Organization of Agreement States” when making reservations.  Attendees will be responsible for paying for thier rooms and incidentals.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or garaunteed with a major credit card.

Internet

Guests will receive complimentary internet service in their rooms.

CUTOFF DATE

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 5pm August 15, 2018. At the Cutoff Date, Hotel will will accept reservations based on a space-available basis at the Organization of Agreement States group rate after this date. 

NRC FUNDING

Any Agreement State representative traveling under Nuclear Regulatory Commission funding will be required to pay for thier room and expenses.  NRC will refund those approved attendees per NRC policy.
