Following is a list of the 37 Agreement States and 1 state that has filed intent to become an Agreement State. Michigan is not yet an Agreement State but has filed statements of intent with NRC to achieve Agreement State status. They are currently completing the necessary process of compatibility with NRC's licensing and enforcement programs.
